Our Story

Building scalable businesses in fragmented real estate markets

Requity Group focuses on markets with durable demand and opportunities to improve how real estate is financed, developed, and operated. We combine specialized expertise with disciplined capital and repeatable execution to build businesses that become more efficient as they grow.

Today, we manage over $150 million in assets across residential and commercial properties. Our lending platform has originated 100+ bridge loans, and our investment arm has acquired 32 properties totaling over 3,000 units transacted.

Every stage runs in-house, from sourcing and underwriting to renovation, stabilization, and operations. Each deal sharpens the process for the next, which is how a fragmented market becomes a scalable business.

Founder & CEO

Dylan Marma

Dylan founded Requity Group and leads its investment strategy, lending, and portfolio management. Over the past eight years, he has acquired and operated more than 4,000 units and over $200 million in real estate as general partner, spanning manufactured housing communities, RV and cabin campgrounds, and multifamily apartments. He launched Requity Lending to provide bridge financing for residential and commercial real estate investors. Dylan holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations.

Jet van Aardt

Managing Director

Jet brings over a decade of experience in the manufactured home sector. As Asset Manager focused on operations, he identifies and executes strategic initiatives across the portfolio, creating organizational focus and accountability, removing obstacles, and driving operational excellence across all properties.

Grethel Kauss

Senior Regional Manager

Grethel serves as a Regional Manager for TRG Management, overseeing the Tennessee and Florida regions. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida and over 15 years of property management experience, she drives the strategic vision and growth objectives within these regions.

Gena May

Senior Regional Manager

Gena brings over 17 years of RV and Manufactured Housing experience, beginning with Equity Lifestyle Properties and Thousand Trails and most recently as Regional Vice President of Operations and Sales at Sun Communities and Sun Outdoors.

Estefanía Marma

Director of Lending

Estefanía oversees lending operations at Requity Lending, managing loan processing, compliance, and portfolio administration with meticulous attention to detail. She holds an MBA from Boston College and brings a decade of experience in institutional real estate.
