Our income fund and some of our offerings are limited to accredited investors as defined by the SEC. This generally includes individuals with a net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence) or annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 jointly) for the past two years. Yes. The Requity team invests a minimum of 5-10% in every transaction alongside our investors. Our principal has historically been one of the largest individual investors in our investor base. We believe alignment of interests is non-negotiable - when we invest our own capital, we make better decisions for everyone.
Distributions are paid monthly across both the private credit fund and equity syndications, deposited directly to your account on file. In addition to monthly distributions, we send detailed quarterly updates that include financial reporting, property-level updates, photos, and operational progress across the portfolio.
Requity focuses on manufactured home communities, RV parks and campgrounds, and select commercial real estate. On the lending side, the private credit fund provides bridge loans secured by residential and commercial investment properties.

Yes. We accept investments from self-directed IRAs, solo 401(k)s, and other qualifying retirement accounts. We have also structured our income fund in a way that helps investors avoid UBIT (Unrelated Business Income Tax) on their self-directed IRAs, making it an especially attractive vehicle for retirement capital.
Our private credit fund offers 90-day liquidity, giving investors flexibility to redeem capital with reasonable notice. Equity syndications are structured as 3-5 year holds, and investors should be prepared for capital to remain invested through the full hold period. We communicate clearly on timelines and exit expectations before any commitment.

Yes, though the specific advantages depend on the strategy. Our private credit fund is structured as a REIT, which may qualify investors for the 20% pass-through deduction under Section 199A. Our equity syndications offer depreciation-related benefits that can create paper losses to help offset other income.
